We are looking for a passionate software engineer to join one of our full-stack teams responsible for our loyalty program. You will be a part of one of our dynamic international team in Switzerland to develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive loyalty program aimed at enhancing customer retention and brand loyalty.

You develop, test and deploy innovative React Web Applications and NodeJs Services
You enjoy and thrive in self-organized and fast-paced teams
You drive and lead projects spanning multiple teams and departments
You bring in your ideas and collaborate with Product Designers, Product Owners and other Software Engineers
Build reusable architectures that pioneer best practices for other engineers
Have a direct impact on our team processes

What you need to succeed

You are passionate about solving problem with technology
You thrive on creativity; you learn with passion and can self-organize
You are fluent in JavaScript or TypeScript and know how to build React applications
You have experience building microservices and have basic understanding of cloud infrastructure
You appreciate to receive and provide feedback to others

Due to the current Swiss employment law regulations, we are only able to consider applicants who already have a valid work permit for Switzerland or are able to obtain a work permit without sponsorship from the company
