As a Business Analyst Loyalty & Marketing in our analytics team, you’ll work at the intersection of data, product, and campaign strategy. By analyzing user behavior, CRM flows, and marketing performance, you generate insights that drive business impact and help us build long-term relationships with our travelers. 
Your Tasks
  • Analyze the performance and impact of loyalty initiatives and customer retention programs
  • Support the design, execution, and evaluation of CRM flows and marketing campaigns
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key metrics
  • Provide insights on customer segmentation, user journeys, and behavioral patterns
  • Define and track KPIs for loyalty and marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with product teams to integrate data insights into the product roadmap
  • Present clear and actionable findings to stakeholders and leadership
What you bring
  • 3+ years of professional experience in business analysis, data analytics or a related field
  • A degree in computer science, business, statistics, mathematics or a comparable qualification
  • Strong skills in SQL and Python for data analysis and automation
  • Experience translating business challenges into structured analytical frameworks
  • Ability to turn complex data into compelling insights and business recommendations
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with cross-functional stakeholders
  • A collaborative mindset, self-initiative, and structured way of working
