- Develop and implement financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the tour operator company
- Monitor, analyze and interpret financial performance data, identifying revenue and cost drivers, pricing structures, and profitability margins to optimize business operations and implement corrective actions
- Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance measurement frameworks to track business performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive business growth and profitability
- Utilize financial modeling, scenario analysis, and data analysis tools to evaluate the financial impact of potential business initiatives, pricing strategies, and cost optimization initiatives
- Utilize data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create insightful and visually appealing reports and dashboards, facilitating effective communication and understanding of financial information
- Provide accurate and timely financial reporting to senior management, highlighting key financial indicators, trends, and insights to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies, ensuring financial objectives are aligned with company goals
- Oversee the month-end closing process, ensuring all financial transactions are properly recorded and accounted for
