Sales Manager - International Markets (all genders)

• Develop tailored digital marketing and advertising strategies for international hotel partners and other tourism businesses to drive sustainable revenue growth
• Identify new business opportunities, explore relevant customer segments, and actively expand our international B2B business
• Build and grow long-term partnerships with hotels, hotel groups, tourism businesses, and agencies
• Own the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and pitching to negotiations and successfully closing deals
• Advise international partners on our digital advertising and marketing solutions, including display advertising and performance-based media products
• Analyze market and competitor developments, identify growth opportunities, and contribute strategic insights to our Product and Sales teams
• Represent HolidayCheck at international trade fairs, industry events, and partner meetings while actively expanding our professional network

• Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within digital advertising or marketing solutions, combined with a solid understanding of digital business models
• A strong sales mindset with a passion for acquiring new customers, building long-term business relationships, and achieving ambitious sales targets
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with the confidence to engage and influence international business partners
• Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking, with the ability to identify market opportunities and turn them into tangible business results
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex digital solutions in a clear and compelling way
• Excellent German and English skills, enthusiasm for working in an international environment, and willingness to travel regularly for business
• A plus, but not a must: Experience managing and growing international hotel or tour operator partnerships, as well as additional language skills
