You are a member of the Business Intelligence & Controlling team and play a key role in driving the topic of data analysis forward
You are a central contact person for all kinds of data needs. This includes the creation of reports as well as the (further) development of complete BI-Dashboards from the connection of data sources to the design of the interface
You are able to independently analyse data streams in companies and are able to handle structured as well as unstructured data sources as a data basis
You are able to make independent decisions regarding the integration of data analytics solutions
You advise internal departments as well as external partners on general questions regarding data analysis, data understanding and data modelling
You develop data models, maintain and document them accordingly
You are in continuous dialog with stakeholders to identify relevant requirements and advise product teams on detailed issues

What you need to succeed

You have a degree in computer science, business administration, mathematics, statistics or in a similar course of study
You have at least 2 years of working experience in the areas of data visualisation, data modelling and data architecture
You have a solid understanding of relational Databases, SQL, Python development and statistical modelling/methods
You have knowledge in Git, software testing and CI/CD
You have a passion for insightful data visualisations (e.g. through Tableau or Python-based dashboards)
You love to work in a team and you have strong communication and negotiation skills
You have a strong service mentality and a result driven approach
You have good English skills, German skills are a plus
